Jennifer Miller, LCSW-S
Clinical Educator | Psychotherapist | Founder
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a licensed Clinical Social Work Supervisor providing trauma-informed therapy for adults in Texas and Virginia. My work is grounded in a nervous-system-first framework that prioritizes regulation, pacing, and sustainable change over quick fixes or surface-level insight.

I primarily work with high-achieving women navigating anxiety, burnout, and the quiet cost of always being capable. Therapy focuses on restoring internal stability, softening survival patterns, and expanding capacity so life feels more livable, not just manageable.

In addition to clinical work, I design and facilitate trainings for clinicians and organizations, translating nervous system science into practical, real-world strategies for leadership, teams, and high-pressure environments.

My work focuses on how the nervous system shapes stress, resilience, and long-term functioning. Rather than pushing insight or performance, I help clients and organizations build capacity in a way that actually holds.
In therapy, this often means slowing the pace, working with patterns that once supported success, and creating internal stability that makes change sustainable. In education and corporate settings, the same framework is applied to leadership, teams, and high-pressure environments where burnout and reactivity quietly accumulate.
Across settings, the goal is the same: practical, nervous-system-informed work that supports clarity, regulation, and meaningful forward movement.
